Monthly Plan
- Price: $9.99 per instance per month
- Billing: Monthly recurring charge
- Best for: Testing, short-term projects, or trying out AgentClaw
Yearly Plan
- Price: $99.99 per instance per year ($8.33/month)
- Billing: Annual recurring charge
- Savings: Save $20/year (17% discount)
- Best for: Long-term deployments and production use

Both plans include all features with no limitations:

How Billing Works
Per-Instance Pricing
Each AI agent instance requires its own subscription. If you run 3 instances, you'll have 3 separate subscriptions.
Billing Cycle
- Monthly: Charged on the same day each month
- Yearly: Charged once per year on the subscription anniversary
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your payment card details on our servers.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You'll receive a reminder email before renewal.
Additional Costs
Important: AgentClaw covers infrastructure costs only. You are responsible for:
- AI model usage: Costs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI providers
- Messaging platform fees: Some platforms may charge for API access
AI provider costs are billed separately by the provider based on your usage (tokens processed, API calls, etc.).
No Credit Card to Sign Up
You can create an AgentClaw account without a credit card. Payment is only required when you create your first instance.
Managing Your Subscription
Stripe Customer Portal
Manage your subscriptions, payment methods, and billing history through the Stripe Customer Portal:
- Go to your dashboard
- Click "Manage Subscription" on any instance
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure portal
What You Can Do in the Portal
- Update payment method
- View billing history and invoices
- Cancel subscriptions
- Update billing email
- Download receipts
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties:
- Your instance will continue running until the end of your current billing period
- Plus a 3-day grace period
- After that, your instance will be automatically stopped
- Configuration is preserved for 30 days in case you want to restart

Refund Policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable. All sales are final. No refunds for partial months, years, or any cancellation reason. Read the full refund policy.
Invoices and Receipts
Stripe automatically sends an email receipt after each payment. You can also:
- Download invoices from the Stripe Customer Portal
- View billing history in your dashboard
- Request custom invoices from support (for businesses)
Payment Failures
If a payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- Stripe will automatically retry the payment (up to 3 times)
- You have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method
- If payment is not resolved, your instance will be stopped
- Configuration is preserved for 30 days
FAQ
Can I upgrade from monthly to yearly?
Yes! Cancel your monthly subscription and create a new yearly subscription. The remaining days of your monthly subscription will continue.
Do you offer discounts for multiple instances?
Not currently. Each instance is billed at the same rate. Contact support if you need to run many instances.
Can I pause my subscription?
No, but you can stop your instance to save AI costs and only pay the base subscription fee.
