Non-Refundable Policy
All sales are final. Subscriptions are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for partial months, partial years, or any cancellation reason. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
No Exceptions
We do not offer refunds in any of the following situations:
- Partial months or years after cancellation
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Unused portion of your subscription
- Renewal payments
What You Can Do
While subscriptions are non-refundable, you have flexibility in how you use the service:
- Cancel anytime: No cancellation fees or penalties
- Keep access until billing period ends: Your instance continues running until the end of your current billing period plus a 3-day grace period
- Stop your instance: Pause without cancelling to avoid AI provider costs while keeping your configuration

Dispute Process
If you disagree with a billing charge:
- Contact support first: support@agentclaw.app
- We will investigate and respond within 2 business days
- If unresolved, you may file a chargeback with your bank
Note: Chargebacks may result in account suspension until resolved.
AI Provider Costs
AI provider charges (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, etc.) are billed separately by those providers based on your usage. AgentClaw does not control or refund these costs. They are entirely separate from your AgentClaw subscription.

Can I get a partial refund?

Do you refund AI provider costs?
No. AI provider charges are separate and not refundable by AgentClaw.
What if I experienced service issues?
