If a payment fails, we'll send you an email notification. You'll have 3 days to update your payment method. After 3 days, your instance will be automatically stopped to prevent charges. Your data and configuration are preserved.

Yes! You can create and run as many instances as you need. Each instance requires its own $9.99/month subscription. Perfect for running different agents for different purposes or channels.

You can use any AI model supported by OpenClaw, including OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-4.1), Anthropic (Claude 4.5, Claude 4.6), and any model available through OpenRouter. Simply add your API keys in the environment variables.

Absolutely. All environment variables and API keys are encrypted at rest. We use SSH key-based authentication for all operations. Your instance is isolated and private - no data sharing with other users. We follow industry best practices for security.

You can create an instance without a subscription, but you won't be able to start it until you subscribe. This allows you to configure your instance (add API keys, set up integrations) before committing to a subscription.

AgentClaw supports Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and more through OpenClaw's channel system. You can configure multiple channels simultaneously and manage pairing/access control for each.

Subscriptions are non-refundable. All sales are final. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period, but no refunds will be provided for partial months, years, or any cancellation reason.
